In accordance with the requirements of the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and other seven ministries and commissions on accelerating the pilot work of market procurement trade mode (GSH [2020] No. 425), this plan is formulated to accelerate the pilot work of market procurement trade mode in Ruili City, Dehong Prefecture, cultivate new trade patterns and new models, and promote the innovation and development of foreign trade and traditional industries.

1. General requirements

(2) Basic principles

2. Elements of implementation

(1) Specific areas. 3. Basic process

4. Main tasks

(1) Establishing the supervision system and mechanism of market procurement trade

Encourage professional markets to use multi-channel methods to collect and excavate the demand information of the international market, analyze big data, predict the development trend of the international market, guide small and medium-sized enterprises to focus on the international market demand, strengthen product innovation and brand building, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and expand the export of high-quality products. Establish a market procurement trade ecosystem, provide professional, flexible and intelligent services, promote the elimination of barriers for small and medium-sized enterprises to enter the global trade market, and focus on product development and brand creation. 5. Main policies and measures

(1) Business entity policy

1. Relax the access of market procurement trade entities.
